I've had a few conversations with Robert Scoble ever since iPodderX/Transistr came out and we talked about bringing it to the Windows platform, he was a great help in getting us going and jazzed about that market and hooked us up with some great people. Chris Pirillo really was the one who introduced me, and I've been thankful ever since.
So what I'm saying is that Scoble is a good guy and has done a lot -- a lot more than people think -- for Microsoft and I'm sure he will be sorely missed there. As long as Scoble was at Microsoft I couldn't hate them, they were just a group of people trying to do good work; he gave them a human face.
So now that Rob is leaving Microsoft for PodTech, can I go back to hating them? ;)
