Oakville Elections: Whats Taking So Long

40 minutes since the poling stations closed and so far only 4 of the 67 total polling stations have reported. I wouldn't be so upset on how long its taking them if they were actually physically counting them, but they are not. Its all done electronically (but with a paper trail) so stating your results should be pretty instant should it not?
