In response to a Slashdot Journal entry by topham:
I wrote one of those iPodder varients "(pyPodder) because I got it and wanted a tool that worked the way I wanted to.
All these scripts/programs - and there are many now - all build on the last one and borrow from each other to be better. This stuff is so ground level and new that I was sure it wasn't even ready for the slashdot crowd. Its just not done yet. On the other hand, if even just 1 new developer steps in and helps with installers and ease of use then we are doing that much better as a community.
Welcome to the new wave of audio programming.
