While reading an article on slashdot, regarding the SCO case, and its views of the GPL it was mentioned that SCO was using the Chewbacca Defense.
What does Chewbacca have to do with the GPL and/or Linux? Nothing! But if Chewbacca lives on Endor, well you know what you have to do... [actually I don't]
