Yes, this fine dog breed we are going to see and possibly buy if we like the breeder. Shannon and I have been researching dog breeds for about 3weeks now. Reading books "Paws to Consider", and "Dogs for Dummies". Reading mailing lists like BRITTANY-L, and news groups. So I think we are prepared!
I highly recomend to anyone getting a dog to do their research, even when buying a dog from the pound. You don't want to end up with a dog you can't handle or is terrible with kids. Buy something that fits your lifestyle and both you and your dog will be better for it.
Update: We bought one! It will be born in late Auguest, and we can pick it up just after we move.
