No, I'm not talking about Iraq, I'm talking about Canada!
Quebec for the past few years has been run by the arti Québécois. While the PT ran Quebec, they constantly threatened Canada that they were going to split from the rest of us. This effected Canada's economy greatly due to all the uncertainty.
Now, Liberal Jean Charest (once a PC leader) is in charge, and has laid all those uncertainties to rest! Lets hope that our economy improves with this decision by our fellow Canadians.
