Ray and I went away on Friday night to Niagara Falls for a little getaway. I have been cooped up in the house too long, and since I had to start back at work again (from home) today, I wanted a change of scenery. We got a pretty good deal on a suite at the Hilton by the new casino. It was fun even though we didn't win.
While I was there I picked up a postcard for Anitha.
This is what I wrote:
Dear Anitha,
Hi! Ray and I went to visit Niagara Falls this weekend. It is a trip that we do fairly often because it is not too far from our house. It is really pretty to see in the winter as you can see from the picture on this postcard. The first day was very cold outside but the second day warmed up a bit so we got to go for a nice long walk down by the falls. I hope everything is going well for you and your family. I was thinking of you so I thought you might like to se a picture of Niagara Falls. The land you see on the other side of the falls is the United States.
