Fixed IE Issues + More

The main index and date pages had some javascript issues for the past week, also the pages were not rendering properly in IE after I added the google site search at the top of the page.

People are starting to want full content RSS/Atom feeds, I caved and now I supply them again.

All is now fixed and updated, if you have any further issues please let me know.
