Shannon and I went to see Jersey Girl and I have to say it was a great movie. Kevin Smith both wrote and directed this movie, which is easy to tell from the overall style and is uncanny ability to make you think about life and what it all means. Jersey Girl would have to be Kevin's most commercially accessible movie to date. It deals with parenthood, not religion(Dogma) or lesbians dating men(Chasing Amy) -- Although I recommend these as well, just not to my mother ;) So if you want to watch a movie that warms your heart and makes you think, I highly recommend this movie.
