Canadians to get a flood of American immigrants next year

Seems like the US Government are looking into the re-implementation of the draft system because enlistment is down and it is war time if you didn't know. Last time they had a draft, Canada got an influx in US immigrants, otherwise known as draft dodgers. I'd like to welcome them to the land of the free, home of the hippie :)
