It is always nice to hear from old friends. I sent an email to my friend Susanne whom I met in Wales (she is actually from Freiburg, Germany). We had had such a great time while we were there and have tried to always keep in touch. Unfortunatley it had been about a year since I talked to her last and she got married and changed her name so when I tried sending an email to her old email address, which contained her old last name, I really wasn't sure if I would hear back. Almost immediately I received a response. She was so happy to have received an email from me. I would really hate to lose touch with such a good friend.
