Fixed the airport antenna in my iBook, it was preforming less than steller.
How did I fix it?
Ugh, I had to open the bottom case(Please to documentation before opening), find the antenna (which was stripped and pinched to the side of the case) put some electrical tape around the exposed wire and moved it under the metal shielding.
This is not a novice fix, if your fairly new to hardware, then get apple or an apple dealer to fix it for you. Otherwise for me it was the difference of 12$ + time vs 114$ and days without my computer.
